Welcome to Amherst HealthPlex! The 50,000-square-foot facility, located on Hollstein Reservation, offers members an array of recreational opportunities including aquatics, fitness, and youth activities. The facility is open to members and non-members and offers myriad programs geared toward fitness and health for all ages. Amherst HealthPlex is a Silver Sneakers facility.

AQUATICS
In the aquatics realm, Amherst HealthPlex offers an eight-lane swimming pool, therapy pool, hot tub, water slide, water exercise classes, swimming lessons, and lifeguarding classes.
KIDS & FAMILY
The Inclusive Playground at Hollstein Reservation is located just outside of Amherst HealthPlex and offers a place for children of all abilities to play together. The splash pad is a zero-depth water area with 9 different water features. Children’s programming is offered throughout the summer on the playground.
Amherst HealthPlex also offers birthday party packages and room rentals for your child’s special day!
