French Creek Theatre presents a Talespinner Children’s Theatre production of “Winnie the Pooh”. Join Christopher Robin and his friends—Rabbit, Eeyore, Piglet, and the “silly old bear” Winnie-the-Pooh—on an adventurous expedition to find the North Pole. When newcomers Kanga and little Roo arrive in the Hundred Acre Wood, Pooh and his companions set out on a Very Reasonable Plan to understand why they are there. Meanwhile, storm clouds are gathering, a flood may be on the way, and it might just be Eeyore’s birthday after all.
This heartfelt stage adaptation highlights the strength found in friendship, cooperation, and hope. When the world feels too big to fix, even the smallest acts of kindness can make a difference. Created for audiences of all ages, this retelling warmly welcomes both longtime Pooh fans and those discovering the stories for the first time.

French Creek Theatre partners again with North Pointe Ballet to present their interpretation of “Cinderella”. Experience the classic fairytale through elegant movement and expressive storytelling. Set to Prokofiev’s beautiful score, this production follows Cinderella’s journey from hardship to hope, supported by whimsical characters and radiant choreography by Janet Dziak. This show is recommended for adults and children of all ages.
North Pointe Ballet’s mission is to make classical ballet accessible to everyone. NPB provides high-quality professional ballet productions that are entertaining, affordable, and inclusive of audiences and performers of all abilities. NPB is committed to increasing access to ballet for underrepresented populations through enriching community engagement programs such as this.
This program will be held outdoors near the historic rose garden at our Lakeview Park. This program is recommended for adults and children of all ages. Admission is free and includes lawn seating. Patrons are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to enjoy the show. Registration is not required for this free program, and this event is weather dependent.

French Creek Theatre presents The Cleveland Shakespeare Festival’s production of “The Comedy of Errors”. Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors is a fast-paced farce fueled by mistaken identities and runaway confusion. Two sets of identical twins, separated at birth, unknowingly converge in the same city, setting off a chain reaction of comic misunderstandings. Servants are confused for masters, wives claim the wrong husbands, and every attempt at explanation only deepens the chaos. Packed with slapstick humor, sharp wordplay, and escalating mishaps, the play races toward a joyful resolution as long-lost families are finally reunited in one of Shakespeare’s most lighthearted and laugh-filled endings.
The Cleveland Shakespeare Festival presents free, professional outdoor productions across Greater Cleveland to make live theater accessible to all. By performing in community spaces, the Festival welcomes audiences who may not visit traditional venues, offering engaging interpretations of classic works. Youth actors from our summer theatre camp will present the story of Matilda, a brilliant and extraordinary girl with a love of books, astonishing wit, and even a few special powers. Unloved by her cruel parents but admired by the kindhearted Miss Honey, Matilda navigates school under the shadow of the fearsome headmistress, Miss Trunchbull.
Packed with high-energy dance numbers and catchy songs, Matilda Jr. is a heartwarming, fun-filled celebration of girl power, imagination, and the triumph of good over cruelty. Audiences of all ages will be cheering for the “revolting children” in this unforgettable stage adventure.
